• Vendors: You can complete and submit the Vendor Contract online. As of July 26, we have had cancellations, so there is one 10'x10' space available.

• Quilt Registration closed on July 22, 2025, with the exception of MMQG Member's submissions for the "Tree of Life" challenge quilt. Click for the electronic entry form. 

• This year's quilt challenge for guild members: Tree of Life. Click for details.

• You can pick up your raffle tickets to see at the General Meetings. Each Guild member is expected to sell 30 tickets. This is our big fundraiser! Do you want to purchase raffle tickets? Contact us at mmqginfo@gmail.com. The quilt is pictured in the header at the top of this page.

• Are you interested in being the sponsor for one (or more!) of our winners' ribbons? There are still ribbon sponsorships available! Get your business name out in front of all our attendees! Details are here and you can complete the application here. 

The image above is the pattern for the 2025 Raffle Quilt, "Chromatic Beauty," 98"x98", designed by Bound to be Quilting. Sally Montgomery has created this beautiful quilt, Susan Slaton custom quilted it. Raffle tickets will be available at the General Meetings. Each member is expected to sell 30 tickets.
