BOUTIQUE SELLER’S INFORMATION/GUIDELINES
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2025 QuiltFest Boutique. In order to sell your merchandise in the Boutique you must be a member of the Misty Mountain Quilt Guild. All merchandise must be new and handmade items made by you. These items may include quilted crafts, quilts, baskets, knitted or crocheted items, handbags, paper crafts (i.e. note cards), and woodworking crafts.
The Misty Mountain Quilt Guild will take every precaution to protect the merchandise items you bring to the Boutique from damage or theft. However, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of any item while in the Guild’s possession. The Boutique Committee will not be responsible for any items not picked up after check-out on Saturday afternoon.
· The Boutique Committee reserves the right to refuse items deemed unsuitable – dirty, poor workmanship, not handmade, or not labeled correctly.
· All merchandise must be in plastic bins with your name written clearly on the lid.
· All items must have a price tag (provided at the August meeting) attached to the item via a ribbon or safety pin. Tag must include your name, the item name, the price in dollar increments only, and which of the four outreach programs you wish the proceeds to go to QOV (Quilts of Valor), H&K (Hugs & Kisses), H2H (Heart2Heart) , or Education. Please print clearly on each tag. The tags will be color coded based on which of the outreach groups you wish to benefit from the proceeds. There will be no individual tables this year; all proceeds will go to one of the outreach groups.
· If selling sets, the description must include the number of items in the set and the price per set.
· Please let Lynne Whitener know prior to August meeting how many labels you will need and for which groups. Her phone # is 706/847-2515 (text is accepted), and email is lynne3hen@gmail.com.
· Original copies of the Seller’s Inventory Check-in Sheet and Seller’s Merchandise Inventory Checklist (download and print these at home, or get a copy from Lynne Whitener at the August General Meeting) must accompany your bins at check-in; the Committee will keep the originals; it is recommended that you make copies for your records prior to check-in. Be sure that your merchandise items are adequately detailed on your inventory sheet. If you can't access or print the Google Docs version of the forms, try these .pdf versions:
