Information for Vendors
Vendors can set up on Thursday, September 11. We will let you know the exact time when the venue lets us know! Please unload quickly, then move your vehicles, as there are a limited number of access points for those that need to unload large items.
On Friday and Saturday, during the show, you will need to park offsite. We have space in a school parking lot across the street from the QuiltFest venue.
We will provide two chairs per booth and black fabric backdrops; you will need to provide tables. We would appreciate it if you would NOT pin items to the backdrops; small holes are developing in the fabric from pins.
There is internet access, but it is not a SECURE connection. If your credit card devices require a secure connection, you will need to hot-spot off of your phone, or otherwise provide your own means for a secure connection.
We will provide electrical power, via heavy-duty extension cords and power strips, to all vendor booths. Vendors bringing sewing and longarm machines have been located closer to the walls, where the power outlets originate.
QuiltFest will have a snack bar area just for vendors and volunteers, stocked with goodies, snacks, coffee, tea and other items donated by Guild members.
If you have a name tag for your business, please wear it. We can provide generic name tags so we can easily identify you as vendors.
We will have a few "vendor support" volunteers roaming the vendor area who can mind your booth, if you need a restroom break, a snack, or a trip to your vehicle.
There are plenty of locally=owned accommodations and restaurants close to the venue. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need suggestions.
